And now it's Flu Season!

     Just when you thought the Covid phenomenon was over... now they're warning us about two other, seasonal viruses!
     It's Flu and RSV season now, and the number of cases is growing.  Not unexpected though, especially after so many of us were locked down and masked which helped to retard our natural immunities.
     Well, don't panic.. and don't go running for your flu shot right away. Here's a few things you can do to help protect your family and friends:

1. Basic hygiene - wash your hands frequently, and cover your mouth if you need to sneeze.
2. Wear a mask?? The jury is out on the real effectiveness of masks. Personally, I won't wear one any longer. Enough is enough in my family, but that's my personal opinion.
3. If you're in a dry environment... use a humidifier to raise the indoor humidity. Less irritation in your nasal passages means less potential for infection.
4. Buy a good Air Purifier... yes, we sell AuraBeat and Novita which are excellent choices. But, there are others out there that are also excellent units. However - make sure whichever you purchase, that it has the ability to at least change your indoor room air 3X an hour or more. Do not economize by buying a unit that's too small. 5.
